1. Welcome
These Terms of Service govern your use of The Beauty in Londynn website, mobile experience, and any related services (the "Service") operated by The Beauty in Londynn ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@londynnsworld.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders, pricing & availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice. Membership perks apply at checkout when eligible.
5. Memberships
VIP and Luxe memberships renew monthly through our checkout provider until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Profile; access to member perks ends at the close of your current billing period. No refunds on partial months.
6. AI features
Ask Londynn, Find My Look, Create My Look, and Voice Mode use third-party AI providers via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate responses, images, and audio. Outputs are AI-generated and for inspiration only — not professional advice. Photos and prompts you submit may be processed by these providers to generate responses; we do not retain raw voice audio.
7. User content
When you post photos, reviews, or community submissions you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them in connection with the Service. You confirm you have rights to anything you upload, and that it does not violate any third party's rights or our community guidelines.
8. Prohibited use
You may not: resell or scrape the Service; misuse AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content; impersonate others; or attempt to bypass member-only access.

10. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we post them. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
