What we collect
- Account info: email, name, sign-in provider, password hash.
- Profile & preferences: sizes, vibe, colors, budget, style notes.
- Shopping activity: orders, wishlist, recently viewed, cart, reviews.
- AI inputs: messages you send to Ask Londynn, photos for Find/Create My Look, voice transcripts (audio is not retained).
- Community uploads: outfit photos and captions you post.
- Device data: IP address, browser, basic usage analytics, cookies needed for sign-in and cart.
Who we share it with
- Shopify — order fulfillment, payments, shipping, taxes.
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database, authentication, storage hosted in the US.
- Lovable AI Gateway — routes AI requests (chat, image, voice, embeddings) to Google Gemini and OpenAI models.
- Email provider — transactional and auth emails.
- Google — if you sign in with Google OAuth.
How long we keep it
Account and order data are kept for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by tax and consumer-protection law. AI message history is kept until you delete it from Profile. Voice audio is processed in real time and not stored.
Your rights
You can: access, correct, export, or delete your account and data; opt out of marketing email; cancel a membership anytime; request a copy of any AI conversation. Email hello@londynnsworld.com for any of the above.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in, hold your cart, and remember preferences. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by default.
Children
The Service isn't directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we'll delete it.

We'll post any material updates here with a new "Last updated" date.
