Shipping
- Standard ground shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited: 2 business days.
- Local pickup: free, ready within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.
Returns
- Return window: 14 days from delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Beauty, intimates, swimwear, and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items marked "Final sale" cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email hello@londynnsworld.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid label and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Place a new order for the size/color you want and return the original for a refund.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
